Payment for Online Orders: Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Payment for online orders can be made by any credit or debit card with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo as long as it was issued by a bank based in the United States or Canada. To help speed the processing of your order, please make sure the funds are available before placing your order. You will not be able to submit your order if your credit/debit card is declined. We do not accept personal checks. The product tax plus state shipping and handling will be applied to all orders at checkout.

Payment for phone orders can be made by any credit or debit card with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo as long as it was issued by a bank based in the United States or Canada. We will process the payment for your order while you are on the phone. The product tax plus state shipping and handling will be applied to all orders at checkout.

No Refund Policy
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns for merchandise. This policy is for your benefit to ensure that you get a safe, sanitary and 100% unaltered product that has not been contaminated by any outside sources.

Returns must be received in good, unused condition in order to be accepted. If items are not received in resalable condition, they may not be accepted. Once the return is received by us, we will issue a refund to the original format/ credit card used for purchase.
Damaged Items
Bryant Enterprise LLC is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during transit once the package is in the hands of the carrier except in specific situations where the shipper's actions contributed to the problem. The responsibility falls on the carrier to safely deliver the goods once they have been accepted for shipment.

The Bryant Enterprise LLC is not responsible for products created using our supplies. There are countless combinations which may be made, and though we thoroughly test our products, we are not able to test every possible combination with respect to products used, temperature variation, climatic differences, etc. It is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to test their product and formulas for compatibility and safety. Because The Bryant Enterprise LLC has no control over the use of our product once it has left our facility, we offer no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, as to the suitability or results when combining products to create another.

Because the customer is ultimately responsible and liable for any items they produce, experimentation and testing is highly recommended. Any tips, instructions, or directions provided on our website or by phone with our Customer Service Representatives are suggestions only. We provide this information in good faith from our experiences, and they are offered as helpful guidelines. These tips, instructions and directions are provided without warranty of any kind.

FIRE SAFETY AND CANDLES
How to burn a candle safety. While burning DO NOT burn a candle all the way down. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 1/2 inch remains in the container of 2 inches if using a pillar candle. NEVER leave a candle unattended. NEVER burn a candle on or near anything that can catch a fire. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets. NEVER touch or move a candle while its burning or while wax is liquified. Place burning candles at least three inches apart from another. Extinguish a candle if the flame becomes too high or flickers repeatedly. NEVER use a candle as a night light or while you may fall asleep. NEVER use candles during a power outage. Flashlights and other battery -powered lights are safer during a power failure.

Essential Oils- DO NOT USE on damaged, injured or inflamed skin to prevent unwanted skin reactions. It is best to test a little bit on a small area of the skin and see how your skin responds.

Shipping Methods
We currently ship to the US, Canada, and military addresses (APO boxes.) Any shipping methods available for your order will display at checkout after your state and zip code are entered. The following are shipping options we offer: The United States Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. FedEx- All orders (except for military addresses and pallet quantities), are eligible for shipping by FedEx. We offer Ground, Home Delivery, 2nd Day, and Standard Overnight services (additional cost may will apply). FedEx Ground packages are delivered Monday through Friday, and FedEx Home Delivery packages are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Home Delivery is only available to residential addresses.
